Very impressed with the taste and freshness of my dinner. I ordered the sushi bar special that consists of 2 chef rolls, miso soup, and l side salad. I went on a busy Saturday night so it took about 30min for the food to be ready. There were lots of people waiting to be seated. I got the happy roll and the sunset roll (substituted the eel for more salmon). Both were delicious and I liked the way they made them. The avocado was extremely fresh in the sushi. Even the side salad had very fresh pieces of lettuce. Really enjoyed this takeout dinner. Came out to about 19.
The service was great! We had a big party and were still able to reserve the same day. The chef was very friendly and entertaining. The food tasted amazing. Definitely worth the price.
The staff was efficient, the chef worked quickly, and food came out perfect. We had a large group, and they got every order exactly as ordered. The only problem is that the apps started coming out after the meal was already being served. Otherwise, it is highly recommended.
Chefs are always amazing and the wait staff is great. It gets a little quiet sometimes and being a hibachi style sitting makes conversation a little awkward because you can hear other party member conversations clearly at the table you are sitting at, as well as the ones next to you. Aside from that, this is a hibachi go-to. Wonderful spot!
I would like to thank all the staff members in Kyoto. I had brought my family here for my fathers birthday but my child was not in the mood and was throwing a tantrum. The chef that was on the grill was amazing, he tried to entertain my son and did everything to help to put a smile on his face to calm him down. I got the chicken and steak which was a 5/5. The prices for the hibachi were really good. We had a party of six and I ended up paying no more the 160 for everyone.
Chef was great, good humor, great at bis craft. Was my wife's first time at hibachi style. She loved it. Always great type of dining to meet new people and to briefly share life. Food as always great thanks

Been going for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has become to be considered family. The food has always been on point. The portion sizes are abundant and the sushi is second to none. We will continue to dine here without question.
